Connecting Geese

Connecting geese was a kit from Connecting Threads. The pattern was designed by Canuck Quilter Designs.

The pattern used numbers of flying geese to build the blocks. It is a good way to practise sewing perfect flying geese. I quilted traditional feather pattern on the rectangular blocks. I also quilted circle feathers into the square blocks. It was a challenge for the first time quilting feathers. It turns out very nice and harmonizes the quilt design.
